How can I submit a request?

If you would like us to translate your English text into Japanese or

Japanese text into English, please send us your original text. Strict

confidentiality is our policy. We will then e-mail you our estimate of

how much it will cost. We also accept requests by fax and snail-mail.


How soon can you begin the translation?

After reviewing your original text, we will advise you of a completion

date. With your approval, we will begin translating it immediately.


How long does it take to finish translation?

The amount of time depends on the contents and length of your text.

Each member of the native Japanese staff meticulously proofreads

the translation to provide you with clear, technically accurate Japanese

text. We do not miss agreed deadlines. As soon as we finish translating

your text, we will let you know by e-mail.


How can I receive my translated text?

We typically send translated text by e-mail or fax. If you need the

translation sent via fax, there is a fax transmission fee. After we receive

your payment for translation, we completely erase your original text and

translated text.


How can I pay you?

We gladly accept money order, cashiers check and personal check. We

also accept Paypal payment


How much does your translation service cost?

The basic charge for a translation is $28.00 per 8 x 11 page. For more

details, just e-mail your original text to us; we will let you know the exact

amount.

terms concerning physics or medicine and we never accept text that

contains illegal subjects.
